Burnley Markets Santa’s Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers need to book and pay for the event online via PayPal. An email confirmation from PayPal will be sent to the customer which must be produced on the day of the event.
If the customer does not pay for the booking, then the booking will be cancelled within a 30-minute time frame of it being booked, and an email will be automatically sent to the customer to advise it has been cancelled.
Burnley Markets Team will then contact the customer via email to advise the booking has been cancelled and that payment is due before the booking can be secured.
Maximum Number of customers Permitted
The maximum number of children permitted is 6 with a maximum of 2 adults. This is a covid safe event and all customers will be asked to sanitise their hands prior to entering the grotto and adults will be asked to wear a face covering.
Children must be under the care of their parents or carers and must not be permitted to run up to Santa. Photo opportunities will be permitted.
Refunds will only be given if the organiser cancels the event.
Your personal information will be handled with the upmost confidence. Burnley Council will adhere to all national and EU data protection, data transfer, data retention, and confidentiality regulations and always store data sent to us in a secure manner.
All personal and sensitive information that you send to us or forms part of our communications, will be kept confidential and will not be given to any unauthorised third parties except as required by law.
